When is a refund possible?

If you receive a product that is not as per the details given ordered by you, you will be eligible for a refund. Refund is applicable in the following cases:

Wrong color
Wrong size
Wrong quantity
Defective
Damaged
Significantly different from the description given by the merchant
You are completely secure. yomultimart offers a 7-day return guarantee for all such items.

When is a refund not possible?

However, for some products, the sale is a final sale and the merchant does not accept any returns. Some healthcare products, customized products, undergarments, swimsuits, socks, etc., and perishables including flowers, and edible products cannot be returned due to health & hygiene reasons.

We will also not be able to accept the return if the product:

Is used/worn or altered
Is physically damaged the box or the content
Is returned without original packaging and accessories
The serial Number tampers

Cancellation by yomultimart.com

While we try to ship out every order that has been successfully placed with yomultimart.com, there are some situations in which we may have to cancel orders.

Some of the situations that may result in your order being canceled include (but are not limited to):

The product is not available at the merchant’s place.
The quantity is lesser than required.
Restrictions on quantity or number of orders as per T&C.
Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing or promotion information.
Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department if the address is not proper.
The location is Non-serviceable.
At times we may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your payment has been done, the charged amount will be refunded to you as soon as we can.

Cancellations by the Customer

In case we receive a cancellation notice from you within 24-Hrs of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us, we will be more than happy to cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you. We will not be able to cancel those orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.
